Stephen is a serial entrepreneur who has founded companies in various industries—including in manufacturing, retail, real estate, investment banking, healthy restaurants (LYFE Kitchen) and CPG food brands (Luvo)—raising over a billion dollars in the process. He has been featured in business publications as an industry disrupter by Bloomberg, Fast Company, Fortune, NY Times, CNBC, and Huffington Post among others.

Stephen is committed to creating a greener, healthier planet for future generations. His current mission is to revolutionize the global construction industry, using Nexii’s building technology to create a brighter future for people and the planet.

Gregor Robertson

Gregor Robertson

Executive Vice President of Strategy and Partnerships

After leading the city of Vancouver as its longest serving Mayor, Gregor now focuses his work on positive solutions to the climate crisis, both with the Nexii leadership team and as Global Ambassador for the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy. His vision for a greener, more inclusive Vancouver has led to record-setting years for new housing, job growth and the lowest carbon emissions per person for any major city in North America. The city now consistently ranks among the top five green and livable cities in the world.

Before serving as mayor, Gregor served in the BC Parliament, he co-founded and led Happy Planet Foods, and was an organic farmer.

Ben Dombowsky

Ben Dombowsky

Co-founder, co-inventor & senior vice president of product development

Ben has been a creative problem solver, innovator and inventor his whole life, with experience founding several ventures and bringing multiple products to market. He is the co-founder of Energy Sustainable Structures Inc., a building research and development company based in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, which formed the basis and inspiration for the Nexii assembly system and Nexiite material.

As the vice president of business development, he helped lead the company in developing numerous products and processes in the area of materials sciences and manufacturing that are revolutionizing the way buildings are constructed.

Michael Dombowsky

Co-founder, co-inventor & senior vice president of building technology

Michael is a prolific inventor and developer of building products and systems with a passion for sustainable structures and sustainable living. Most notably, Michael is the inventor behind the Nexii whole building solution. For over 40 years, he has designed and built projects from custom residential to multi-family, commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. During that time, he also manufactured the structural steel and precast concrete for this wide range of buildings.

In addition to his numerous inventions, Michael’s creativity flourished with the notable accomplishment of the design and construction of Tunnels of Moose Jaw — a national award-winning tourist attraction that has boasted over 2 million tourists from around the world over the last 20 years.

Bill Tucker

Executive Vice President of Operations, A&E and Assembly

Prior to joining Nexii, Bill spent two decades leading one of the largest integrated development services, design, and construction firms in Western Canada. In 2019, Bill recognized the power of Nexiite to disrupt the construction industry and change how the world builds. He invested in Nexii as part of Omicron’s long-term strategic business plans, then engaged as a partner, collaborating on several projects. In the summer of 2021, Omicron was acquired by Nexii and today Bill maintains his role of chief executive officer at Omicron, while also leading the Operations, A&E and Assembly for Nexii.

Todd Buchanan

Executive Vice President of Investor Relations

Todd has 25 years experience working with a range of Fortune 500, public and private companies on the creation and implementation of business management processes and technology. Most recently, he has focused on assisting founders and families with start-ups through proof of concept and hyper growth in consumer products and technology sectors. Todd is a Managing Director of Equifaira and he currently serves on the boards of directors, and in various advisory capacities, with a number of companies and a non-profit organization.

Tricia Hollyer

Executive Vice President of People Culture & Community

Tricia is a visionary HR executive who has worked with global, high-growth companies from start-ups to established public firms in the technology, services and health care industries for more than 25 years. She has previously served as the Global VP, HR for Peer 1 Hosting and Executive Director, Employee Experience for Fraser Health Authority. She has deep expertise and passion for people strategy, leadership, and building highly engaged workplace cultures.

Tricia is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified Executive Coach, holds a Masters Degree in Leadership and Organization Development, is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and a Certified Human Systems Dynamics Professional (HSDP). She has also served as a mentor with the Women in Leadership Foundation, a coach with the Minerva Foundation, a member of Executive Board of Directors for the International Coach Federation Vancouver chapter, a member of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, and a lecturer for The British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and Simon Fraser University. Her teams have won awards from the Organization Development Network for Organizational Excellence and Impact in 2019, and the BC Health Care Award for Workplace Health Innovation in 2020.

Brian Carter

Executive Vice President of Manufacturing

Brian is a senior executive with more than 25 years of industrial leadership experience. Prior to joining Nexii, Brian served as the President and CEO of Seaspan Shipyards, where he transformed the group of three shipyards into an industry leader and partner for Canada’s National Shipbuilding Strategy. Under Brian’s leadership, Seaspan Shipyards secured one of the largest public investments in construction of world-class vessels, creating thousands of jobs and over $500 million in annual shipbuilding and repair work.

Brian is committed to building a sustainable manufacturing system across Nexii, disrupting traditional industry methods and establishing the next generation of construction. Brian’s strategic approach, rooted in mentorship, collaboration, and employee growth will support Nexii in meeting its long-term vision of manufacturing and constructing high‑quality buildings.

Patricia van de Sande

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

With a career spanning over two decades, Patricia has held a variety of executive roles in finance, investor relations, compliance, risk management, and internal audit. Prior to joining Nexii, Patricia held positions as Senior Vice President, Finance at Green for Life (GFL), several executive roles at Parkland Fuel Corporation including Vice President Finance and Corporate Services and the Alberta Securities Commission. She also worked for several large multi-national organizations in Canada and in Geneva, Switzerland and serves on the board of Arts Commons. Patricia is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant.

Her focus is on leading high growth entrepreneurial organizations to scale efficiently, effectively and internationally.

Suzanne Mercier

Executive Vice-President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Suzanne is a legal executive with 20+ years of experience leading organizations through all cycles of growth to drive strategic business outcomes through a combination of broad domain expertise, business acumen, empathy and a relentless drive for results.

Suzanne specialized as a leveraged finance lawyer in Vancouver and in London, England with Norton Rose and Allen & Overy. She moved to San Francisco where she started her in-house legal career with Irwin Home Equity and then moved to Wells Fargo before ultimately returning to Vancouver.  Suzanne has worn many hats in her in-house roles most recently as fractional General Counsel to Cymax Group Technologies, Caravan Digital Studios and Bench Accounting, and previously as  Chief Legal & People Officer at BuildDirect Technologies.  Suzanne works cross-functionally to provide leadership and strategic legal advice and facilitate strategic planning and execution, leveraging her legal, commercial, risk management, corporate governance, and HR expertise.

Suzanne obtained her LL.B. from the University of Victoria (1998) and is admitted to the British Columbia Bar (1999) and California Bar (2004). Suzanne has also served as a Director of Western Pacific Trust Company, Equal Rights Advocates, and the Association of Corporate Counsel (BC Chapter).

Norm Streu

Executive Vice President of NCM Development

Norm is an established leader in the construction industry, having provided leadership to 1,200 employees and up to 400 active construction sites in Canada and the U.S. as former President, COO, and co-Principal of one of Western Canada’s largest construction companies.

His industry-related experience also includes heading up a Construction & Engineering Law practice as a partner in a major Canadian law firm, chairing the Vancouver Regional Construction Association board, and acting as director of the B.C. Construction Association. Norm brings his unique insight into the needs and requirements of Nexii’s Certified Manufacturers (NCMs), as Nexii continues to expand its vision of sustainable buildings across North America and the world.

David Bryant

Senior Executive Advisor

David Bryant joins the Nexii team as Senior Executive Advisor collaborating with the executive team and board of directors in determining, prioritizing, and implementing critical business strategies. David is a licensed attorney, with over twenty-five years of experience providing counsel and support to businesses, industry associations (insurance, medical, conservation), and personal clients, including extensive history as an advisor and board member to CEO Stephen Sidwell’s previous business ventures.

Rob Simpson

Rob Simpson

Senior Vice President of Engineering

Rob’s career spans four decades of structural design of some of Canada’s most unique and challenging building designs. Recent work with his firm Glotman Simpson include Vancouver House, Vancouver Convention Centre, Olympic Village, Richmond Speed Skating Oval, Whistler’s Peak to Peak Gondola and many more. Earthquake safety has long been a passion for Rob. First-hand experience from several weeks’ investigation of damaged structures in the 1994 California and 2010 Chile earthquakes lead to improvements in resilience of his building designs and to his subsequent work to improve Building Codes in Canada.

Rob Simpson retired from full time work with Glotman Simpson in 2016, intending to focus on family and his many personal passions in life including mentoring. Inspired by Nexii’s potential, Rob has left retirement to lead and advise Nexii’s design team.

Dave Perez

Senior Vice President of Business Development

Dave is an established business development leader with over 30 years of experience in the advanced manufacturing construction sector. He spent a great deal of his career assisting the world’s largest technology companies expand their footprint and optimize their manufacturing processes.

His industry related experience brings unique insight to Nexii customers as it continues to build an exceptional end-to-end client experience across North America and the globe.

Dave is committed to Nexii’s mission in creating a greener environment and developing sustainable building solutions for people and the planet. His role will assist Nexii’s clients achieve their long-term sustainability goals through an enhanced and more sustainable building method.

Zosia Brown

PHD, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP - Vice President, Sustainability

Zosia’s passion for shaping a future in which both people and natural systems thrive drives her position as Vice President of Sustainability with Nexii. Her notable past roles include Head of Resource Conservation and Sustainability at Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle, WA, Sustainability Associate with BuroHappold Consulting Engineers and building energy efficiency PM with SGS Group Management Ltd.

Zosia’s PhD in Resource Management Environmental Studies focused on green building performance and post-occupancy evaluation. She brings over 15 years’ experience in driving sustainable change and environmental policy in organizations across North America and Europe to Nexii. Zosia’s deep and consistent focus on product performance, carbon impact of operations, zero waste and climate resilience are at the heart of Nexii’s operations. Together with teams from across the company, Zosia leads Nexii’s environment, social and governance (ESG) strategy underpinning our mission to build a vibrant future for people and planet.

Morgan Allan

Vice President of Market Development

As a global business development expert, Morgan prides himself on his commitment to ethical and transparent business practices. Whether he’s negotiating contracts with multinationals or leading a project in one continent or another (the Americas or Africa), he is dedicated to thoughtful and proactive market development, innovative growth strategies, and integrating customer/partner needs.

Morgan brings years of experience in pre-fabricated construction and portable shelters for humanitarian/emergency and trade use in locations as diverse as the Canadian Arctic, Peru, Brazil, and West Africa to his role. His impressive communication skills and culturally-aware problem solving abilities make him a visionary leader at Nexii where he leads the charge in national and international relationships.

David Fisher

David Fisher

Vice President of Business Optimization

David brings over 20 years’ experience in executive management roles to the Nexii team. Formerly Senior Vice President of Mitsui Home Canada and Executive Vice President of Mitsui Home America Construction (MHAC), David was instrumental in scaling the company’s Western Canada division to become the dominant prefabricating constructor in the region and subsequently responsible for leading the company’s expansion into California. An expert on panelized construction practices and systems, David has presented numerous papers on prefabricated building solutions across Canada.

As Vice President of Business Optimization & Execution at Nexii, David champions Nexii’s lean approach to construction, working closely with manufacturing and project management teams to continuously streamline and improve building efficiencies. Nexii is highly focused on “business execution,” and David’s role includes ensuring clear visibility on the company’s critical performance targets and related team performance metrics.

John Riley

Vice President of Growth & Innovation

John describes himself as an Idea Farmer, planting ideas for new ways of thinking and adding intelligent ingredients to foster growth. With over 25 years of leadership experience in marketplace automation and process efficiency design at Hubbell Inc., John brings a uniquely organic approach of innovation and growth to Nexii. His Master’s degree in technology management lends to his understanding of innovations, processes, and technologies and leverages this knowledge to positively impact growth, while helping the planet.

John’s mantra, Where Technology Connects People, underpins his essential role at Nexii, inventing better ways of working toward our mission while cultivating healthy, people-first growth.

Laurenz Kosichek

Vice President of Architecture

Laurenz brings 30 years’ experience working as an architect, and was a Principal at Stantec Architecture Ltd where he practiced for over two decades. Notably, he was the Architect of Record for the Whistler Sliding Centre for the 2010 Olympics, lead architect for the complete refurbishment of BC Place Stadium, and from 2013 to 2017 was the Architect of Record for The Amazing Brentwood. Laurenz currently advises Shape Properties’ Development Team, and is Vice President of Architecture at Nexii. His goal is to assist in the development and evolution of Nexii’s innovative product, helping to bring the Nexii solution to market.

Marla Gerein

Vice President of Learning

Marla is a learning and change leader with a passion for purpose-driven organizations. Over the last 20+ years, Marla’s focus has been on leveraging learning to enhance professionalism and to contribute to a healthier, more ethical world.  She has a track record of designing and implementing learning systems that support operational excellence and engage the hearts and minds of learners in the strategic goals of the organization.

Marla has previously served as the Director, Restaurant Training and Transformation for A&W Food Services of Canada, Director of Education for the British Columbia Real Estate Association, Head of Virtual Communities for the International Baccalaureate and Director of Academic Technology Services at Colorado College.  She holds a Masters in Education and Human Development with a specialization in Educational Technology Leadership and is also a certified Insights© personal effectiveness coach and an experienced ProSci© Certified Change Practitioner.

Justin Maxwell

Justin joins Nexii as an award-winning industry entrepreneur and business executive. Prior to joining the team, Justin founded Marine Tree Inc., and served as the CEO of WinWin Academy. Notably, while serving as the founder and EVP of Blue Planet Water Solutions, Justin co-authored a policy paper on oil spill response for the White House, and developed oil spill management technology solutions for the U.S. Coast Guard and the Environmental Protection Agency.

Justin’s passion and advocacy for environmental stewardship and sustainability inspired him to join the Nexii team. He is a core driver of the investor relations team and continues to inspire clients with the Nexii vision and the company’s commitment to create sustainable, disaster-resilient, durable, and cost-efficient buildings.

Mark Porter

Mark Porter

Vice President of Engineering

Mark typifies Nexii’s commitment to building a vibrant future for people and the planet. His work around sustainability and climate change is recognized by the award of Fellowship in the Institution of Structural Engineers and Engineers Canada. A champion of sustainability since the early days of his career, he has led and been part of cross-disciplinary structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams on award-winning and boundary-breaking projects. These include the Wood Innovation Centre in Prince George, the Cedar Valley Lodge accommodation village in Kitimat, and Heron Hall, a living building home on Bainbridge Island.

Mark brings a deep recognition of the essential value of prioritizing people in design and in leadership to his role of VP of Engineering at Nexii, finding great motivation in investing in leadership development, mentorship, and serving with committees and code-development projects to advance sustainability in the built environment. He was the founding Chair of the Climate Change Advisory Group to Engineers Geoscientists BC, and also serves on Wood First Advisory Committee for the Forestry Innovation Investment Group as well as CSA Code Development Committees.

Ha Tran

Vice President of Financial Reporting

Ha has over twenty years of financial reporting and accounting experience working in a variety of industries including construction, technology, mining, manufacturing and consumer products. Her previous roles included working on the listings and initial public offerings of several companies on the TSX and the NYSE.

Ha’s role at Nexii is focused on managing and directing all accounting and financial reporting functions. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Chad’s proven track record of entrepreneurial and “intrapreneurial” success in forward-thinking sustainable solutions is backed by thorough proficiency in finance, leadership, strategy, and innovation. In addition to decades of experience at one of the largest accounting firms, he cofounded a successful biomass start-up and transitioned Ledcor into having one of the largest LNG/CNG fleets in Canada.

Chad brings world-class knowledge and experience in sustainable growth, efficiency, responsible leadership, and next-generation innovation to the Nexii finance team.

Elliott Routly

Vice President of FP&A and Treasury

As a Chartered Financial Analyst with over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, Elliott’s background includes work in investment banking, financial modelling, mergers and acquisitions, and futures trading. Prior to joining Nexii, Elliott worked for Agentis Capital Partners—a boutique financial services company, which specialized in infrastructure finance.

Elliott’s expertise in construction and infrastructure finance means he is uniquely positioned to consult and advise Nexii as it looks to expand across North America and beyond. As Vice President of FP&A and Treasury, Elliott directs and oversees Nexii’s financial growth plans and strategies, as well as leads the company’s accountancy operations.

Andrew MacDonald

Director of Business Development

Andrew brings over 30 years of experience working in the area of corporate sustainability integration. Andrew has been creating value at the intersection of commerce and sustainability as an entrepreneur, translator, educator and guide within a broad array of industries. Andrew’s past roles include Director of Sustainability at Volkswagen and National Liaison at Built Green Canada. Andrew was also a member of the Canadian National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy from 2009 until 2013, Board member of the Canadian Renewable Fuels Association and practiced as a licensed Energy Advisor with NRCAN.

James (Jim) Cecil

Director of Business Development, NE

James is a versatile, agile sales leader with over 15 years of experience showcased by a record of career advancement and successes in generating double-digit sales growth, increasing market share, and providing tools and training that empower sales teams. He thrives of cultivating new business opportunities, increasing business with existing customers, and expanding the scope, level, and caliber of customer service. He is known for having outstanding communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills as well as the energy and style that inspires sales teams to exceed assigned plans and performance goals.

His previous experience includes Director of Business Development at A.P. Construction Company, Stamford, CT.

James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing from the Western Connecticut State University.

Olivia Chang

Olivia brings deep experience in relationship development and sustainability leadership across the public and private sectors to the Nexii Client Experience team.

She has developed strategic partnerships with various Fortune Global 500 corporations in North America, Europe, and Asia including General Electric, Lockheed Martin, and Mitsui. While working for the Province of British Columbia, Olivia led the development and launch of several sustainable strategies including the BC Energy Plan and Clean Energy Act. Her championing of corporate and social enterprises with a focus on human health and well-being illustrates her passion for people-focused collaboration, strategic innovation, and sustainable growth.

John Catalano

John finds satisfaction in bridging the needs and languages of business and technology, specializing in relationship building and innovation in transformative re-envisioning of processes and systems. He has succeeded in pushing the boundaries of what is possible to translate ideas into reality while giving leadership in the electrical and building hardware industries at top global companies.

John’s mission at Nexii is to cultivate innovation and growth by creating partnerships with Integrated Service Providers (ISPs) to align strategic goals, identify synergies, ensure smooth project execution, and create lasting relationships through honesty, positivity, and open communication.

Natalia Dumitrescu

Director of Supply Chain Management

Natalia is a Diplomat Engineer and Lean Six Sigma professional with over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of supply chain management. A passionate expert with broad experience in various industries, Natalia has held multiple positions with private and public organizations, in both Europe and North America. In her last role where she led both procurement and privacy for a government crown agency, Natalia established and set trends for innovative procurement practices, including processes to benefit Indigenous businesses across Canada for years to come. With a passion for social responsibility and love for challenging work, Natalia joined Nexii to set up and lead its growing sustainable supply chain.

Lisa Robitaille

Director of Health, Safety & Environment

Lisa brings over 20 years of experience designing and implementing environmental, health, and safety procedures, programs, and management systems. An expert at mentoring and motivating individuals at all levels, Lisa ignites and promotes a positive safety culture to prevent injury and accidents.

She holds a Masters in Occupational Health and is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP). Lisa’s vast knowledge of health and safety management systems contributes to her goal of helping Nexii achieve a world class culture for Environment, Health, and Safety. Lisa’s role focuses on keeping Nexii employees safe while helping reduce Nexii’s impact on the planet.

Darren Hocking

Director of Commercial Retail Business Development

With over 30 years of experience in commercial retail, Darren’s extensive background includes development management roles at Starbucks, New York Fries, Pizza Pizza Ltd., and Second Cup. At Nexii, Darren is the go-to for commercial retail development, bringing his experience and knowledge to expand Nexii’s market in this sector. His drive and practical leadership is paired with genuine pleasure in creating and nurturing success in others. Nexii is proud to have Darren lead our Commercial Retail Unit projects after seeing firsthand the transformative power of our product in a commercial pilot project.

Nancy Maribel

Director of Marketing

Nancy has developed and implemented strategic marketing and communications campaigns for green firms for over 15 years. Nancy excels at creating strategies for construction and engineering consultancies, and previously worked as the Marketing and Communications Director for Integral Group, a Vancouver-based green engineering firm. Nancy currently volunteers her time as the Director of Communications for the Living Future Vancouver Collaborative and joined the Communications Committee for Canadian Construction Women (CCW) in February 2020. Nancy also served as the 2019 CCW’s Director of Communications.

Costel Serbea

Director of Plant Launch Team

Costel’s unique background as a decorated former naval officer, robotics specialist, and operations manager brings both technical aptitude and tested leadership capabilities to the Nexii team.

He has a proven track record of executing on influential projects in high-stakes, high-pressure environments from international NATO operations to robotics plant launches. In his role as the Director of the Plant Launch Team, Costel leads the delivery of Nexii Certified Manufacturing plants around the world.

Thomas Montagu

Director of Material Science

Based out of Phoenix, AZ, USA, Tom Montagu is an accomplished formulator, operations and sales manager. He brings over 30 years of diverse experience and industry knowledge to the Nexii family. Tom studied construction polymer science, formulating and testing at laboratories in Germany, Italy and the United States where he has applied his diverse experience and knowledge throughout his progressive management career.

Lannie’s expertise in mission-driven planning and operational excellence is backed by considerable experience in Fortune 500, public, and private companies. With his ability to collaborate with teams and leaders from the CEO to the front line, Lannie excels at providing clarity on business objectives to ensure information and projects are delivered on-time, accurately, and completely.

As Director of Corporate Planning at Nexii, Lannie ensures the team is well-equipped to develop tools and processes to drive transparency into topline revenue, and bottom-line profit across the organization. Lannie brings leadership in operations, systems and strategic change to the Nexii planning team, ensuring clarity, quality, and continuous improvement of our operations while continuing to prioritize the well-being of people and our planet.

Lauren Lofano

Director of People, Culture & Community

Lauren partners with leaders to drive high-performance culture by building strengths-based and values-aligned people strategies. Throughout her career, she has worked with start-ups and multi-national organizations in the US and Canada to build and develop teams while creating, launching, and sustaining HR functions such as business partnering, compensation, benefits, recruitment, and people information systems. Notably, Lauren led the people operations efforts in the successful spin-off of LAIKA/house – the commercial division of major motion picture company, LAIKA Studios – into a stand-alone, legacy start-up.  She also worked with multi-billion-dollar global brand, lululemon, as a trusted advisor to their people managers for career development, succession planning, compensation, and performance management.

Lauren holds a post graduate certificate in Industrial Organizational Psychology and is currently pursuing her MSc, Leadership focusing on Organizational Behaviour and Development.

Ryan Ramikie

Director of Talent & Culture

Ryan is a dedicated and enthusiastic talent leader with over 12 years of experience.  With a passion for diversity & inclusion, Ryan is committed to eliminating implicit biases within the hiring process and workplace environment and strongly values an equitable recruitment experience. Ryan ensures his team is equipped and up to date with recruitment trends, with a focus on strategic recruiting and attraction that’s top of mind.

Having added more than 100 roles to the Nexii family in 2021 with the recruitment team, while leaning on the Nexii constitutional values as a guiding light has been a tremendous success in the Nexii hypergrowth environment. Having worked internationally in Germany, attracting talent all over Europe for large multinationals and start-ups alike has positioned Ryan to experience international trends in hiring. He has a diploma in marketing and bachelor’s degree in business. Ryan’s unique and innovative recruitment styles keeps him abreast of the dynamic changing landscape of hiring talent.

Oscar Gross

As a Director of Business Development, Oscar leads initiatives and projects to accelerate growth and brand awareness.  He is an established leader with over 20 years of experience expanding business in North and South America.

Oscar has been a trusted advisor to the design and construction community providing total systems solutions for projects in the data center, healthcare, mining, energy and manufacturing industries.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Oscar’s mission at Nexii is to support clients achieve their long-term sustainability goals through technology and revolutionary, more sustainable building methods.

Christina Karney

Director of Product Management

Christina has over a decade of experience as a project manager and team leader for high-rise development, institutional, and adaptive reuse projects. She has helped her client’s navigate complex approval and construction processes enabling successful execution.  Christina focuses on driving process and quality improvements to achieve consistency and efficiency. Her passion in translating the technical concepts to a wider audience enables her to foster collaboration on interdisciplinary teams and empower her clients to make thoughtful and data driven decisions. She is currently serving as a Council Member with the Ontario Association of Architects and as VP of Strategic supporting ongoing engagement on governance issues including building greater Climate Resiliency and addressing issues of Housing Affordability. Her past roles include Sr. Associate at mcCallumSather, Chair of the Hamilton Burlington Society of Architects and board Member for Cobalt Connects. She obtained her MArch at the University of Waterloo, is a licensed Architect in Ontario, and has international experience in England, France, and Italy.
