The collaboration enhances and integrates Nexii’s innovative commercial and industrial buildings
with Pella’s high-performance windows and doors
February 10, 2022 – (Vancouver/ Unceded Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations) – Nexii Building Solutions Inc.(Nexii), a green construction technology company and Pella Corporation have announced a collaboration that will deliver enhanced sustainability and energy efficiency for Nexii’s commercial and industrial buildings.
Nexii is committed to accelerating the construction of sustainable, cost and energy efficient buildings across North America. The Nexii-Pella partnership will further support this mission in providing excellence in green building solutions.
Nexii designs and manufactures innovative high-performance buildings and green building products that are sustainable, cost-efficient, and disaster-resilient in the face of climate change. Nexii’s breakthrough, proprietary building material, Nexiite, has comparable properties to concrete but contains no Portland cement.
Nexiite, combined with Pella’s high-performance energy efficient Impervia window line, will enable Nexii buildings to achieve high energy standards that are both cost efficient and disaster resilient.

Nexii walls have up to 33 per cent less embodied carbon than conventional construction materials.[1] Buildings made with Nexii panels are highly insulated and airtight, resulting in approximately one-third the energy use overall and one-half the heating energy use than standard builds meeting code compliant requirements.[2]
