Manufacturing Facility
Turning industrial into sustainable, without sacrificing durability.
An industrial build makes its debut quickly and sustainably in the middle of winter
Metro Manufacturing Inc. is a metal fabrication company that turned to Nexii to help scale their Canadian facilities, balancing durability with environmental results. This 21,000 sq. ft. building is located in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan and contains over 17,000 sq. ft. of Nexii's base-supported cladding panels that are both sustainably made and climate-resilient.
Nexii's innovative manufacturing and assembly process enabled streamlined construction without any weather-related delays.¹,² Carbon savings averaged between operational and embodied; energy savings exclude process loads.
1~15% decrease in building's carbon emissions 2~20% reduction in building's energy usage
Near-Zero Waste
Panels manufactured offsite and assembled onsite, reducing onsite waste for Nexii's scope of work to near zero.
Non-Toxic Materials
Constructed using building materials and technologies that are significantly more sustainable than those used in traditional construction.
Quick Assembly
Precision manufactured to building design specifications then shipped to site.
