Nexii was selected by a prominent U.S.-based big box retailer to construct a cutting-edge, sustainable retail location, designed to advance the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) objectives. This project featured the installation of over 18,000 square feet of Nexii's high-performance panels, which are fabricated offsite and swiftly assembled onsite, minimizing construction time and waste.
By utilizing Nexii's innovative building system and Nexiite—an eco-friendly alternative to traditional concrete—this project will drastically reduce both the embodied and operational carbon emissions of the building.
