Our products are precision manufactured off-site and rapidly assembled on-site, reducing build times and construction costs. Our R&D team has worked diligently to perfect Nexiite, our proprietary building material, and the Nexii System, an ultra-efficient way to building.

A sustainable building material

Nexiite is our proprietary blend of materials used to manufacture the interior and exterior walls of the Nexii panel. It is similar, but not so similar to concrete, as it can be poured and cast. However, what makes Nexiite different is that it contains no Portland cement (meaning, significantly less embodied carbon) and it cures in a shorter time than traditional concrete. Not only that, but Nexiite is extremely durable and maintains structural rigidity at a fraction of the weight with the added advantage of ductility. In short, Nexiite is a green alternative to conventional building materials.

We’ve perfected our system to utilize new green construction technologies to create a more sustainable approach to construction. The Nexii System is designed to use fewer resources, produce less waste,  and incorporate recyclable materials with significantly longer life cycles. Our low carbon processes are thought-out from the selection of materials used to product manufacturing to assembly; we make conscious actions that minimize our impact on the environment.

Nexii Panels form a highly energy-efficient thermal envelope, with no thermal bridging. Energy-efficient buildings also mean major savings on energy utility bills and operating costs.


Safer and healthier

Uses non-toxic materials and includes no use of adhesives or Portland cement. Nexii panels naturally repel moisture and inhibit the growth of molds and the accumulation of allergens.

Made from highly durable materials, our buildings are extremely resilient in the events of natural disasters such as earthquakes, fires, and floods.


Durable and lightweight assembly

Manufactured to design specs off-site and quickly assembled on-site. Nexii panels can be manufactured in large sizes and typically outperform height restrictions faced by other composite panels.

Eco-friendly finishes

We offer a unique opportunity to deliver pre-finished walls and roofs ready for assembly. Each panel unit leaves the manufacturing plant finished to the architect's specifications on both exterior and interior faces. Custom finishes or standard finishes can be applied to all our panels.
