Coordinated post transaction investor relations, mandatory reporting and a detailed communications strategy for listed issuers develop awareness and enable more effective relationships with current and future NeXii members.

Financial Intermediary Services

Nexii’s services to its financial intermediary members - including financial advisors, broker dealers and investment bankers, social exchanges and platforms and research boutiques – enable them to support their clients more cost-effectively, expand their business reach and access capital for transactions and/or services.

Access to ground-services to build their local capacity and a point of entry into the global network for regions without developed infrastructure of exchanges. A single point of entry to partnering with and investing in social enterprises and/or social investment exchanges for global financial organizations.

Developing and applying standards for due diligence, impact and reporting. Focus on specific regions of expertise and access to global social capital markets for enterprise brokers. Ancillary services such as nonprofit or social investment analysis firms will be able to distinguish themselves through NeXii certification, access and marketing efforts.
