NeXii helps investors to increase their effectiveness in identifying, evaluating, investing in and monitoring organizations and social enterprises. These services are offered independently and to complement and enhance the usefulness of the NeXii transaction platform.

Investors will be able to search for qualified investment deal flow based on their geographical and sector specific interest and can access detailed information, financials and social impact indicators and ratings.

   

Mandatory reporting

Listed companies, organisations or projects must keep investors current on their progress by updating their social and financial statements online.

This creates a standardized, online snapshot of performance, similar to the traditional quarterly or annual statements produced by public companies. Any issuer who does not comply with these standards will be removed from the Platform.

By ensuring that organisations keep investors current on their progress and achievements, secondary market transactions will become more likely.
