Impact Advisors

To ensure credible, regulated and accountable marketplaces, Nexii has established a global network of intermediaries, dubbed Authorised Impact Representatives (“AIRs”). These intermediaries are accredited by Nexii to assist companies listing on the Nexii marketplaces. AIRs also provide independent, ongoing verification services to ensure the impact and purpose of a listed company is maintained. All businesses or funds seeking to list with Nexii are required to engage an AIR.

There are two types of AIRs: Nominated Impact Advisor (“NIA”) or Impact Verification Agent (“IVA”).

• The NIA evaluates whether an organisation seeking to list meets the admission requirements, and assists them in building, developing and implementing the systems necessary to meet these requirements
• The IVA audits an issuer’s annual Impact Report, ensuring it is appropriate, comprehensive, relevant, and demonstrative of real service delivery and outcomes performance
