(3)   Prepare:  Assemble application and prepare necessary documentation
(4)   Apply: Submit application to Nexii for conditional approval to the iX or iC
(5)   Market: Once approved, market securities to investor community
(6)   Issue: Issue security in designated marketplace
(7)   Report: Comply with reporting standards and communicate with investment community
