demand demonstrated positive social and/or environmental impact in the companies they invest in. Depending on their priorities, investors can be classified as either finance-first or impact-first investors
Serve either (or both) high impact businesses and impact investors providing financial intermediation or technical assistance and business development support services. Nexii has defined the role of an Authorised Impact Representative. These may be Impact Advisors who supports high impact businesses in their preparations for listing on the Nexii platforms or Impact Verification Agents who provide impact reporting verification or auditing assistance.
